woo! had so much fun yesterday, saturday, 12-08-2006.
went to meet up with the class. well most of them actually. maybe 2/3 of the class.
first thing first. i suck at taking trains. i always end up going the opposite direction to where i really want to go. like for example ytd, wanted to take the train heading to marina bay to city hall which was much faster. but i ended up taking the jurong bound train to city hall da. tink coz every morning always automatically i'll take the jurong train for work. felt so stupid. ahahha!
finally reached city hall and it was sooo damn pack. dun tink i'd like to go there again. hmmm just maybe on a weekdays. spotted some kewl shops. might just bring cousin along for a mini shopping experience next month. muahaha.
walked to marina square and we got lost. didnt know where the seoul garden was. followed kor kor around coz we tot he knew. muahha but had fun walking newaes. more shopping spots uncovered!
FINALLY MAKAN TIME! absolutely delicious.
went straight to esplanade after dinner. it was even more crowded! OMG. human traffic jam. but it was all worth it for the fireworks was spectacular! almost to the end there were some which popped out from the water surface. that was kewl. wish could have taken a video but part of our view was blocked by a tree. will get the video from gerald soon.
