yakuza!
wooooo. i think i got a lotta stuffs to write about. not quite sure though. well, here it goes. well, for starters, i woke up late. not late as in ten minutes or fifteen or even half an hour late. i was supposed to meet sayang at half-past ten at choa chu kang mrt but i woke my lazy ass up at ten thirty. woohooooo. for the first time in my life, i chiong the bathroom for 2 mins flat. the adrenaline rush was amazing. muahahs. ran all the way to cck mrt and saw sayang at the coin-phone. lucky she didn't need to waste ten cents and me, thirty-five with a call. 5 bucks + left. need to beg mommie to top up my green card soon. =/
we reached the shaw box office at lot1 with ten minutes to spare. sayang had a nice haircut muahaahs. i'm serious. it was nice ok. whoever laughs on monday shall get it from me. i mean it. now, back to topic, we bought tix and got into cinema 3. we were of course watching les fil du vent or, "the great challenge" in french. its a movie abt the amazing "parkour-ers" from Yamakasi. this time, they were gunna start a gym for street kids. how amazing is that. the action sequences were breath-taking. its quite amazing to know that no costly special effects were used in the making of this movie. just pure human flexibility and strength looking from it at first impression, i thought this movie had alotta budget, but in actual fact, it had to pick bangkok to shoot at instead of the intended location of china or taiwan.
what was really cool abt the movie was that it mixed four different cultures seamlessly. thai culture, namely the art of muay thai, japanese yakuzas and ninjas with chinese triads and good old french humour are intertwined without fault in the movie. enough said. muahahs. after the movie we ate at the U.T foodcourt where we savoured heavenly chick cutlet rice. met my westside brudah tamil on the way too. didn't know sayang could scream that loud lol.
sayang's doing her term paper now, gave her some links but she thinks she's good enough to use them. hmmpphf~ i've already finished mine. was scared i'd go over 25 page limit but my elite summarisation skills proved otehrwise. muahahas. bet tomorrow's gunna be a boring day without being able to be with sayang. but hey, its only abt 32 hours from monday again =) talking abt monday, its man united vs liverpool on tuesday morning. i pray hard that Ruud's form will stay on tuesday morning and thrash the liverpool ****ers =) if man u wins, i'll plan something diabolical with tamil to overthrow the class's liverpool supporter, kenneth.
well, that's a lotta shit. honestly, does any1 read the stuff i put here? i know u all read my sayang's posts but nvr mine right? o well. sue me for being talkative then =p on a last note, been noticing i've been getting lesser and lesser mood swings with sayang around. proves just how much she means to me. =) hope you appreciate the poem ytd sayang. loveyoulots! muahkies! =)
